Bookings & Payments

A booking is confirmed only once the applicable advance payment is received and acknowledged by our team. Prices shown on package pages are indicative starting prices and may vary based on travel dates, group size and availability - your travel expert will confirm final pricing before booking.

Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation charges depend on the specific package, hotel and airline policies involved, and will be communicated at the time of booking. Refunds, where applicable, are processed as per those policies.

Itinerary Changes

Itineraries are planned in advance but may be adjusted due to weather, local conditions, transport schedules or circumstances beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of any changes.

Traveller Responsibilities

Travellers are responsible for carrying valid identification, travel documents and any visas required for their trip. Aditi Holidays can assist with guidance but is not liable for denied entry or travel due to invalid or missing documentation.

Liability

Aditi Holidays acts as a facilitator between travellers and third-party service providers (hotels, airlines, transport operators). We are not liable for loss, injury, delay or damage caused by these third parties, beyond what is legally required of us.
